When the grass is growing we are mowing 3-4 days of the week at 4'' to keep it green and presentable for current and new guests, every grave is weed-eated weekly with precision to make finding your loved ones easy, and giving you the peace of mind that your loved one is being taken care of.
Marty Burns Memorial Dog Park was made possible by a very special Eagle Scout named Kyle, It features parking, a picnic table, a dog ramp, a waste station complete with bags, a solar light for the sign, and benches, so your dog can run with his/her past siblings and/or friend's. A special thank you to Dunbar Printing & Graphics for the perfect sign.
The pond at Heavens Gateway is one of the magnificent views of the cemetery, one of our most prized possessions not only because of it's beauty but because of the life it holds, it is open to throw back fishing only, it also holds life to our many ducks that we consider our family, we feed them fresh corn from our deer feeder right beside the pond, we have also added rocks to some sides of the pond due to erosion as a lot of the rain water flows to it from the back hill, in addition to stopping the erosion and saving the road from falling into the pond it has also added a great deal of beauty to the pond itself. Throughout the summer we also add eco-friendly blue pond dye to the pond to make it mesmerizing, and to add beauty to the cemetery.
